The recently built Campus of SWPS University in Katowice opened its doors in 2014. The campus is situated in a peaceful area, surrounded by urban green spaces. Its modern industrial architecture allows for generous and airy spaces ideal for learning, working, and socializing. Students have access to multimedia classrooms, and well-equipped computer labs, as well as comfortable student zones perfect for studying, relaxing and working on group projects.

Multimedia Classrooms
There are 4 lecture halls, 2 computer labs, and 11 classrooms equipped with multimedia projectors with LAN networking capabilities.
Qualitative Research Laboratory
QualLab is a professional laboratory for conducting individual and group interviews, public consultations, observation and diagnostic tests. The lab offers a focus group facility with a one-way mirror and computer stations with the latest software for qualitative data analysis.
Library and Reading Room
SWPS University library in Katowice holds over 8,000 volumes on psychology, criminal psychology, sociology and other related subjects. Additionally, students have access to electronic databases, including: EBSCO, PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES, SocINDEX, Elsevier, and Wiley Online Library.

Spaces Designed for Students
The 2,800 m2 building of the Katowice Campus has been designed to meet the needs of students. Apart from the classrooms and lecture halls, there are meeting spaces for the Student Government and various student organizations, and a dedicated Student Zone with comfortable sofas and computer stations for studying, working and socializing.
Smoke-free campus
Smoking is prohibited on campus, except in specially designated areas.
Access for Individuals
with Special Needs
SWPS University is an equal opportunity institution and welcomes students with special needs and special access requirements. The Katowice Campus provides parking spaces for students with special needs and is equipped with ramps and restrooms that meet accessibility guidelines. The Office for Students with Disabilities helps individuals who require assistance in moving around the building.
