Employers of Poland
Established in 1989, we are the oldest organization of employers in Poland. Our strength lies in the reasons and arguments we present to political and economic decision-makers. Our organization incorporates associations, federations, and companies. The vast majority - 85 percent - are private companies. We collaborate with a wide range of social advisors and experts. Our aim is to foster a state that is friendly to employers and respects the rights of employees. The economy must grow sustainably, and economic considerations must never override social needs. We strive to create harmony between employers and their employees.
You can find us wherever significant events occur for businesses and employers: during Sejm and Senate committee sessions, in the proceedings of decision-making and advisory assemblies at various levels of state administration, and in the works of steering committees for European Funds utilization. Our experts, who are recruited from among the most renowned specialists, publish acclaimed scientific works, advise policymakers, and offer commentary on the economic reality. The conferences we organize are an important contribution to public debates and social consultations.
