Three reasons to join us:

  • stability of employment
  • various financial benefits, including annual end-of-year bonuses, appreciation bonuses, financial aid, long-service rewards, commuting cost reimbursement, and entitlement to service-related accommodation or residential premises for permanent duty, equivalent allowance for lack of residential premises, financial aid for securing residential premises, additional funding for recreational purposes for the officer and their family, relocation allowance equal to one month’s salary when moving to permanent duty
  • development opportunities

Core principles that guide our work:

  • respect for service-related and national symbols

Qualities we seek in potential employees

Every officer accepted for service undergoes initial training, which comprises preliminary onboarding, an introductory course, and professional apprenticeship. After completing the initial training, the officer may participate in professional and specialist training programs, as well as professional development courses. Depending on the job position, these can be preparatory training programs for individuals advancing to higher positions, as well as courses in team leadership, inmate resocialization programs, courses for shift supervisors and security department officers, statisticians in the records department, and many more. We seek individuals with at least secondary education for security division roles, and those prepared to work in other divisions where higher education is required. We value candidates who demonstrate a commitment to professional development and are eager to take on new challenges.

What we offer during the Fair:

At the fair, we will conduct job interviews, engage in discussions about employment opportunities within the penitentiary system, and distribute informational materials.
