EPSO (European Personnel Selection Office) is the European Personnel Selection Office, which organizes recruitment competitions for EU institutions, ensuring objective and transparent selection of candidates. The selection process includes competency tests, case studies and assessment centers. EPSO also runs the Career Ambassadors Program, which targets students in member countries. The ambassadors present EU job opportunities at their universities, provide information about EPSO competitions, helping students apply and raising awareness about working in EU institutions.
