The ABW is a special service established to protect the security of the state and the constitutional order of the Republic of Poland, performing tasks in areas such as: counter-intelligence, combating terrorism, combating economic crime, protecting classified information, cybersecurity of ICT systems, counteracting the proliferation of WMD, and protecting critical infrastructure.
