Inclusive language in the workplace – how to speak so as not to exclude Workshop/meeting description: How does language affect the perception of people from groups at risk of social exclusion? Are feminatives a dangerous "newspeak" or a return to the correct Polish language? How to talk inclusively about people from groups at risk of discrimination? According to the latest research, language has a significant impact on the perception of people and organizations. Inclusive language opens communication to diversity and allows you to express respect for the other person. Inclusive communication is now in demand in the workplace and supports building team collaboration and building a supportive work environment. Take part in the workshop and learn more about the impact of the language we use on the reality around us.
Workshop leader:
Agnieszka Olejarz - Vice-President of the Board, intercultural animator, anti-discrimination trainer, sex educator Psychologist, graduate of the SWPS University in Wrocław. She completed postgraduate studies in the field of crisis intervention. Certified business trainer of the SET Group. She has conducted over 600 hours of training and workshops. For over 7 years, he has been active in initiatives and non-governmental organizations supporting people at risk of social exclusion.
