Negotiation essentials (wrokshop in English)
Room S307, 10 April, 13:15-14:30During the training presentation we are focusing on principled negotiation theory. The purpose of the training is to familiarize the participants with the negotiation process and its various aspects.
After the session, participants should be aware of their strengths that will help them in the negotiation process as well as the weaknesses which could negatively affect it. Experience and new skills gained during the training can be assimilated into situations participants meet daily at work and everyday life.

Workshop leader:
Martina Kuzmanović - professional working a Project manager the past 2 years, having daily contact with the client and internal leadership stakeholders. She started her Accenture journey almost 7 years ago, where she also had the chance to work as team leader, workforce manager, part-time trainer and data analyst. Additionally, Martina is enrolled in Accentore Mentorship programe as mentor and is currently attendanting Gestalt psychotherapy education. She is passionate about psychology, career coaching, mentorship, data storytelling and literature.
