The work of a psychologist in the Department of Neurological Therapy and Rehabilitation at Szpital Grochowski (event in Polish)

The workshop is aimed at psychology students interested in working in the field of neurorehabilitation. The classes will be led by psychologists from the neurorehabilitation department who will present the specifics of working with patients after brain injuries, strokes and other neurological diseases. During the workshop, participants will learn what the work of a psychologist in the neurorehabilitation department looks like - what are the psychologist's duties, what is the daily routine in the department, and what is the work with a neuropsychological patient.
Workshop leader:
Gabriela Puchała – psychologist at the Department of Neurological Therapy and Rehabilitation of Szpital Grochowski. She graduated with honors with a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Neurocognitivistics from SWPS University in Warsaw . Since her studies, she has been associated with the Eye Tracking Research Center of SWPS University, currently as an external PhD student. She is involved in creating cognitive training and visual attention training using eye tracking and virtual reality.
