During the workshop together:
- We will examine what is meant by the concept of well-being.
- We will discover skills useful for building a good life.
- We will try out simple techniques and tools to make your life smile!
Happiness can be learned and there is evidence for it.... scientific! The benefits? Well-being, frequent experience of positive emotions, effective coping with challenges, healthy, supportive relationships, a sense of purpose and meaning - and much more. Your well-being is important!
Workshop leader:
Dominika Harasim - Positivity coach who professionally makes the world smile. According to the latest research in positive psychology, she teaches positive emotions, behaviors and beliefs. She focuses on enhancing well-being and mental resilience, including by learning to consciously experience positive emotions, building resources and realizing strengths.
