Generations definitely unite more than they divide. Awareness not only of these minor differences, but above all of the strengths of the generations, is the key to good cooperation. At the workshop we will discover how to draw on the power of generational cooperation in business. We will look together at what pitfalls of cooperation the youngest generation Z, which is definitely unfairly infamous in the media, is exposed to. Workshop participants will learn practical tools for working with the topic of multigenerationalism.
