National School of Public Administration

The National School of Public Administration (KSAP) is a prestigious institution that has been training leaders of the Polish public administration for 35 years. KSAP graduates are public administration leaders capable of collaborating effectively with others, engaging in solving complex problems, and making decisions based on in-depth analysis and an understanding of contemporary challenges.

KSAP serves as the government's center for excellence in public administration. The School's mission is to support the development of a politically neutral, competent, and reliable public administration workforce, as well as to disseminate the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective execution of public tasks, including the promotion of innovative solutions and best practices. KSAP aims for the comprehensive development of the Polish public administration, with a particular focus on the civil service.
