TO THE FUTURE

The To The Future Foundation works toward the social integration of individuals at risk of exclusion by supporting them through broad-based education and the development of personal and social competencies. We organize workshops, support groups, and educational projects focusing on psychology, mental health, communication, motivation, ecology, and healthy lifestyles, primarily for children, youth, and adults. We collaborate with educational institutions, local authorities, and non-governmental organizations to create an inclusive environment that fosters development and social engagement. As part of this commitment, at the 2026 Job and Internship Fair at SWPS University in Wrocław, we are presenting opportunities for collaboration, educational offers, and career development paths for students and graduates interested in the fields of education, psychology, and health promotion.

Main areas (industries) in which we operate

The To The Future Foundation operates primarily in three key areas:

• Education and Psychology – we conduct workshops, training sessions, and educational projects for children, youth, and adults, focusing on the development of social competencies, mental health, stress management, communication, and motivation for learning and action.
• Psychological Assistance and Social Support – we organize support groups, social activation initiatives, and activities aimed at individuals at risk of exclusion, particularly those affected by intergenerational risk groups, including immigrant families and other groups requiring support.
• Volunteering, Mental Health Education, and Pro-ecology – we develop school and extracurricular projects promoting a healthy lifestyle, pro-ecological behavior, and social activity, including cooperation with local institutions, educational facilities, and non-governmental organizations.

At the 2026 Job and Internship Fair, the To The Future Foundation will offer active and interactive ways to engage with students and graduates, including:

• Quick Recruitment Interviews – as well as discussions on collaboration opportunities (volunteering, internships, traineeships, and project-based cooperation).
• Mini-quizzes and Micro-workshops – covering psychology and social competencies (e.g., "How to manage stress at work/university"), featuring small prizes and giveaways.
• Project Presentations – showcasing current initiatives (e.g., "Psychology in a Backpack," support groups, mental health education) through short talks or background videos at the booth.
• Distribution of Promotional Materials – including folders and brochures.
