EU Career Ambassadors
EU Careers is the official program of the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), designed to provide information about career paths within EU institutions and agencies. The EU Career Ambassador at SWPS University serves as a primary point of contact for students of all disciplines who are interested in working in an international environment.
Main areas (industries) in which we operate
- Education and career counseling – providing information about career paths within EU structures.
- Communication and promotion – building awareness of EU job opportunities among the academic community.
- Recruitment and HR – support in understanding EPSO selection processes and creating professional application documents (Europass).
- Public administration and diplomacy – promoting careers in international institutions.
- Networking – connecting students with experts and practitioners working in the heart of the European Union.
Values that guide our work:
- European Mindset – we promote openness to other cultures, mobility, and a sense of community and responsibility for the future of Europe.
- Equal Opportunities and Inclusivity – we believe that a career in the EU is accessible to everyone, regardless of background, field of study, or level of ability.
- Transparency – we focus on clear rules and providing reliable information about EPSO recruitment processes.
- Professionalism and Support – we ensure the quality of our counseling, helping students build their unique professional paths within international structures.
- Cross-border Cooperation – we support building relationships and exchanging experiences in a multicultural work environment.
