Your Competences for the Future
The project ”Your Future-Ready Skills” is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme. Our university has received support for its implementation as part of the National Centre for Research and Development call for proposals: "Education for the needs of the economy" (FERS.01.05-IP.08-008/23). The aim of the project is to develop and provide free courses for adults (aged 18–64) from across Poland. In line with the idea of lifelong learning, all individuals within this age group who are interested in acquiring new competences sought after in the labour market will be able to enroll in the courses. The project offers:
- short Open Cycle courses (4-6 hours) in the following thematic areas: design thinking; innovative thinking; systems thinking; digital competences,
- 12-week Boot Camp courses in: practical application of data analysis in business; empathetic leadership.
Knowledge in the aforementioned areas is shared by the finest academic staff of SWPS University and practitioners from organizations associated with the Lewiatan Confederation. The course content is consulted with industry representatives and employers to best meet their expectations.
