Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE) ERASMUS+

Since 1993, we have been managing European programmes, projects, and initiatives that enable the expansion of core or specialized knowledge, as well as the acquisition of new skills and competences through formal, non-formal, and informal learning pathways. These opportunities allow individuals to develop their interests and passions through activities undertaken abroad and within local communities.

We serve as the National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme (since 2014) and the European Solidarity Corps (since 2018). We represent Poland on the international stage, while domestically, we organize calls for proposals and oversee project funding.

Main areas (industries) in which we operate

• Education and Schooling – supporting educational institutions, teachers, lecturers, as well as pupils and students in developing competences and implementing international educational projects.
• Youth and Civic Engagement – promoting volunteering, youth initiatives, and activities aimed at the social and civic activation of young people.
• Training and Professional Development – organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programmes to enhance the professional competences of those working in the education sector and non-governmental organizations.
• International Cooperation – developing and coordinating international educational projects, supporting educational mobility, the exchange of experiences, and building partnerships with foreign institutions.
• Educational Research and Analysis – conducting research, analysis, and issuing publications on trends in education, mobility, innovative teaching methods, and lifelong learning.
• Promotion of Innovation in Education – supporting modern teaching methods, developing digital competences, and implementing educational tools and platforms based on new technologies.

What we offer at the Job and Internship Fair 2026:

We will present how young people can engage in volunteering, solidarity projects, and social activities both in Poland and abroad. Europass – we will demonstrate how to effectively create modern application documents (CV, cover letter) using Europass tools.
