Municipality Labour Office in Krakow

The basis for the operation of the Municipality Labour Office is the Act of 20 March 2025 on the Labour Market and Employment Services, which defines the state's tasks in the field of employment promotion, mitigating the effects of unemployment, and professional activation.

We operate across all industries, striving to connect employers with potential employees by providing services such as job placement and vocational guidance. We organize and fund internships and training programmes, and provide grants for starting a business.

The primary objective of the office's activities is to increase employment and productivity, so as to prepare the Polish labour market, employees, and employers for contemporary economic challenges (including digital transformation and automation, energy transition, and demographic changes).
