I Care About My Range Foundation

Remembering that human relationships are the foundation of a good life, the Dbam o Mój Zasięg (I Care About My Range) Foundation contributes to the responsible use of new communication tools. Our actions are based on professional diagnosis of the problem, cross-sector cooperation, and the idea of participation—defined as including those who need support in the support process itself. We believe that in today's world, it is essential to ensure a proper balance between direct and virtual relationships.

The Vision of the Foundation

The use of new technologies should contribute to personal growth, social engagement, and a high level of mental well-being. As a foundation, we strive for all our actions to improve the quality of life for all members of the local community. We are not afraid of new technology solutions; on the contrary, we believe that life without them is less valuable.

Our Team

We are a foundation where everyone can find their own space and tasks. We are a team of young people who are not afraid to use new electronic tools responsibly. We take an interdisciplinary approach to the phenomena we study, recognizing the many benefits that can arise from the daily use of modern communication tools.

Our activities intersect with fields such as sociology, psychology, philosophy, pedagogy, and political science; we embrace challenges in statistics, biology, and neurobiology, and we do not shy away from IT solutions. We are parents, husbands, and wives ourselves—we are also users of modern communication tools. We care about relationships with our children and colleagues; their well-being and happiness matter to us.

Core Values of the Foundation's Activities

  • Holism: Understood as securing all areas within the scope of the issues addressed: prevention (universal, selective, and indicated), treatment (including interventional treatment), and integration (vocational, social, and living-standard reintegration).
  • Participation: We take action with the active involvement of key individuals, institutions, and entities. We achieve a satisfying level of participation through the broad engagement of governmental, local government, and non-governmental organizations.
  • Openness: We are open not only to new ideas but primarily to people who want to get involved in the foundation's work.
  • Transparency: This means an absence of hidden agendas or conditions, while providing the information necessary for cooperation and collective decision-making. It ensures fair, clear, and understandable rules for everyone involved.
  • Mutual Engagement and Learning: A natural result of the cooperation between many entities is a process of mutual learning. We foster this through study visits, exchanging experiences, and systematic work within project teams.
