The Hospice Foundation has been operating since 2003. We are a public benefit organization providing support to adults at the end of their lives, terminally ill children, and their loved ones. Our mission is to surround every patient and their family with compassionate care, accompanying them in a dignified journey through the exceptionally difficult period of illness, the end of life, and the grief following the loss of a loved one.
