Nika Urbach is an academic researcher and Ph.D. candidate at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). Her research examines the effectiveness of grievance mechanisms, with a particular focus on how business and human rights (BHR) grievance channels can operate as integrated systems of continuous learning to enhance prevention, redress, and remedy for victims of corporate human rights violations.
