Prof. Dr. Agota Giedrė Raišienė is a Full Professor in Management and Head of the Social Inclusion and Leadership Research Laboratory at Mykolas Romeris University. Her research focuses on organizational management, inclusive leadership, modern work models like the four-day workweek, and the workplace integration of individuals with disabilities.
