Dr. Lucas Andrés Pérez Martín serves as a Professor of Private International Law at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where he also directs the university's International Campus and relations with the European Union. His research focuses heavily on European integration, international relations, migration, and the social impacts of legal borders, fields in which he has published numerous books and academic chapters.
