Renaldas Malinauskas is a recent graduate of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Social Work with Children and Youth (ESWOCHY) program. His professional background includes coordinating youth and volunteer initiatives, as well as working directly with young people facing social and educational challenges in Lithuania and Slovenia. His research focuses on youth social inclusion, NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) populations, and social work interventions that support young people in transitioning to education, training, and employment.
