Ośrodek Psychoterapii Otuleni
Our center offers individual and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as therapy for couples and marriages. Additionally, we provide sociotherapy and Social Skills Training (TUS) workshops for children and teenagers.
We also invite participants to weekend retreats for women, men, and couples, held both at our center and in outdoor locations.
We conduct coaching processes, including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) workshops. We also provide psychotherapy for uniformed service personnel.

We believe that seeking help fosters personal growth and is a sign of self-care. Life involves constant change and adaptation. Some events, however, may challenge existing coping strategies, causing crises. Everything in the therapeutic relationship is a collaboration between the therapist and individuals seeking support in making meaningful changes.
