Personal Schemas as a Challenge in a Psychologist’s Work (event in Polish)

Participants will work on:
- Understanding themselves better by recognizing unconscious patterns in intra- and interpersonal relationships.
- Identifying and understanding their behavioral, cognitive, and emotional tendencies, which can be utilized by psychologists when working with clients.
- Modifying behaviors through corrective experiences in group settings.
- Practical tools used in psychological practice.
- Diagnosing behaviors by observing dysfunctional patterns in interpersonal relationships within groups.
- Identifying concerns related to the psychology profession and reframing perspectives on the field.
- Recognizing and applying personal strengths that can facilitate a career in psychology.
Workshop leader:
Anna Trzosek - graduate of WSB-NLU in psychology, specializing in clinical psychology. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Professional School of Psychotherapy at the Institute of Health Psychology of the Polish Psychological Association in Warsaw. Her psychotherapy training was conducted in an integrative approach. She continuously enhances her knowledge and qualifications through professional training, workshops, and supervision.
