Cristina Ottaviani is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. Dr. Ottaviani first obtained a PsyD degree in Clinical and Health Psychology (2006) and subsequently a Ph.D. in Clinical and Experimental Psychology (2009), from the University of Bologna, Italy. She is a licensed cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist and is a recipient of a governmental grant for conducting research on brain-heart pathways to perseverative cognition as a transdiagnostic factor in psychopathology.
