Patrycja Radek

Patrycja Radek, Ph.D., serves as the Acceleration Manager of the Startup Booster for Social Impact program at SWPS University and as an Innovation Broker at its Knowledge Transfer Center. A strategic leader and problem solver, she brings over a decade of experience in startup acceleration, incubation, and mentoring at the intersection of science, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Her doctoral research focused on the leadership of R&D and innovation teams. She specializes in supporting impact-driven startups and designing programs that translate emerging technologies into solutions with positive social impact. For more than ten years, she has actively advocated for the advancement of women in technology. In recognition of her contributions, she was named a Forbes Women Poland 24/2024 honoree. Read more
