Patrycja Radek is an innovation broker at the Center for Knowledge Transfer and Head of Acceleration for the Startup Booster for Social Impact program at SWPS University. She is a mentor, educator, and expert in solving complex organizational and systemic problems.
Innovation and Knowledge Transfer
As a member of the Center for Knowledge Transfer at SWPS University, she specializes in knowledge and technology transfer, supporting collaboration between academics and community and business partners while fostering social innovation. She is also responsible for initiatives related to social readiness for technology and ethics in innovation that are aligned with SWPS University Strategy.
Her contributions to the field include co-authoring the Startup Booster for Social Impact accelerator concept and initiating several key programs:

Professional Expertise and Experience
For over a decade, Dr. Radek has fostered the growth of tech startups as a mentor, expert, and designer of incubation and acceleration programs. She holds a PhD in social sciences, specializing in leadership within R&D and innovation teams. In recent years, her work has centered on supporting impact startups and launching innovations that drive positive social change.
Her previous experience includes managerial and executive positions at Wolves Summit and EIT+. Additionally, she has collaborated with the World Bank on an entrepreneurial discovery project and completed an internship in Silicon Valley as part of the Top 500 Innovators program at the University of California, Berkeley.
Teaching
At SWPS University, Dr. Radek teaches courses on entrepreneurship and the psychological aspects of sustainable development.
