Profile

Małgorzata Religa, Ph.D. is a sinologist. She is the Head of the Department of Chinese Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Warsaw. She also heads the Taiwanese Huayu Chinese Language Teaching Center, which operates there.

Her academic interests concentrate on traditional Chinese culture, philosophy and, above all, Chinese religiousness - traditional and contemporary, mainly the so-called syncretic sects.
