We are the first non-public university in Poland. We drive change. We are open to new ideas or process improvement solutions brought forward by our employees. We foster ideas and internal innovations that improve work processes and the functioning of the whole organization. The team of SWPS University consists of more than 900 people. Everyone, whether in research development and teaching or administration, contributes valuable experience and knowledge. We are united in the pursuit of the same goal.
