Hotel Wilanów

Hotel Wilanów (Study and Stay) offers spacious single, twin and triple rooms, with private bathrooms as well as common spaces, such as a kitchen and areas for socializing and relaxation. The Hotel is located in south-east Warsaw, approximately 75 minutes away, by public transport, from SWPS Unviersity's Warsaw campus.

Prices range from PLN 1,350 to PLN 2,950 per month.

Student Depot

Student Depot offers a range of privately-owned, modern and comfortable dormitories, conveniently located in Mokotów district of Warsaw (close to the subway, buses and trams), adn near the city center and the Old Town Market Square in Wrocław.

You may also find numerous rental websites on the Internet and make all the rental arrangements on your own. In this case, we recommend that you use the services of an estate agent, who will make all the arrangements for you, for a fee. The advantage of working with an agent is that you put less time and effort into finding the right place. The agent will also ensure that your tenancy agreement is written properly and does not contain any loopholes.

Rented accommodation is usually a more expensive option than staying in a dormitory. The monthly cost of a rental:

• in Warsaw ranges from PLN 2,500 to 5,000/per month (approx. EUR 570 – 1,150/per month) for a bedsit/studio flat/apartment,
• in Wrocław ranges from PLN 2,200 to 5,000/per month (approx. EUR 500 – 1,150/per month) for a bedsit/studio flat/apartment,
• in Kraków ranges from PLN 2,000 to 5,000/per month (approx. EUR 460 – 1,150/per month) for a bedsit/studio flat/apartmen.
• in Sopot ranges from PLN 2,000 to 5,000/per month (approx. EUR 460 – 1,150/per month) for a bedsit/studio flat/apartmen.
