Recruitment process for academic jobs
  1. Competition announcement followed by a period of collecting job applications
  2. Formal verification of applications
  3. Interviews conducted by the competition committee with with selected candidates
  4. Hiring decision and feedback send to candidates, also in case of unsuccessful application.

  1. Job offer announcement followed by the period of collecting applications
  2. Applicant selection
  3. Only two interviews:
    • Preliminary interview with an HR specialist
    • Interview with the hiring manager
  4. Hiring decision and feedback send to candidates, also in case of unsuccessful application.
