Agnieszka Golińska holds a doctoral degree in psychology. She also graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) with a Master’s degree in Management. She defended her doctoral thesis with distinction at the Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN).
Dr. Golińska researches organizational behavior and psychological acculturation. She is interested in life trajectories of managers and other professionals who emigrated from Poland, especially to South America, and Mexico in particular.
For several years she lectured and carried out research at Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico.
She develops evaluation programs for Assessment and Development Centers. She participated in research projects in Poland, Great Britain and the United States. She is also one of the researchers in the ULTRAGEN project that investigates the process of entering adulthood in uncertain times.
At SWPS University she teaches classes in organizational culture, competence management, cross-cultural differences in business and psychology in management.
