Agnieszka Lenton is an organizational psychologist, specializing in personal and professional development.

She studied Management Psychology at the University of Wrocław and Development of Human Potential at London Metropolitan University. Currently she researches aspects of talent management for her doctoral thesis at Kingston University in London.

Since 2004, she has been working as an independent consultant, trainer and career counselor. As an Accredited Strengths Practitioner, she works with groups and individual clients and advises on personal, team, and career development.

At SWPS University she teaches Individual Assessment and Development as well as Organizational Development.
