Agnieszka Mościcka-Teske, Ph.D. is a psychologist, mediator, coach, and psychotherapist specializing in Gestalt and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies and crisis interventions. She offers individual and group, e.g., in organizations, crises interventions.
As a researcher and coach she focuses on strengthening personal resources, coping with stress, professional burnout, and workplace aggression, mobbing, and sexual harassment.
As a therapist, she works with patients who experienced violence and are struggling with the aftermath trauma.
As a mediator and consultant, she helps to solve intra-group conflicts and develop anti-harassment procedures. She also sits on antibullying committees.
She developed and run training sessions for private companies and local governments, for example the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Łódź, Central Institute of Labour Protection in Warsaw, and the National Labor Inspectorate.
Dr. Mościcka-Teske wrote many publications on professional stress, burnout, and harassment. She co-authored a white paper on “Workplace bullying: Characteristics, consequences, legal aspects, and prevention” for the Labor Protection Council at the Polish Parliament (Sejm).
At SWPS University in Poznań she teaches classes in clinical, health and occupational psychology. She is also an educational advisor and coordinator of the “Child and adult clinical psychology” specialization.
