Anita Basińska, Ph.D. is a sociologist. Her professional interests include applied sociology, social research and research methodology. She contributed to numerous research projects, for example related to design in group homes for children, child skills, business organizations (e.g., organizational culture, research and development activities), and volunteering.

Dr. Basińska has written numerous articles presenting a blended sociological-managerial approach in the context of organizational culture, business operations, employee motivation, and office design.

At SWPS University’s School of Form she teaches classes in sociology, including sociology of design.
