She is an advocate. Her research interests include Polish and European labor law, in particular non-standard forms of employment, work time, employee right to rest, and procedural labor law.

At SWPS University, she teaches classes in civil law, family and custody law, and labor law (including entry on the job market, selection and recruitment of employees).
