Karolina Wójcik is a psychologist, researcher, and a business trainer. Apart from her role at SWPS University, she is an advisor to the President of the Employers of Poland, a professional organization representing the interests of Polish business owners. She is also a member of the Council for the Situation of Working Women at Poland’s Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy.
Karolina gained training experience during her 2012 internship at the Psychiatry and Combat Stress Clinic of the Military Medical Institute in Warsaw. She obtained her formal business trainer certification in 2016, at the Moderator School for Business Trainers.
She co-organized the 2016 TEDxWarsaw conference and was the Internal Communications Manager and Speaker Coordinator for the event.
Karolina is experienced in conducting qualitative and quantitative studies. She co–authored the 2023 report Punkt widzenia Pracodawców RP. Sytuacja kobiet na rynku pracy (Employers’ of Poland Point of View. The Situation of Working Women).
At SWPS University she provides research, training, and consulting services for the private and the public sector. Previously she run time management and personality psychology workshops for the Faculty of Law in Warsaw and the Faculty of Psychology in Warsaw.
