Krzysztof Rzeńca is a psychologist and innovation broker. He specializes in the application of new technologies in psychology, especially in education and online psychological interventions, such as mHealth and e-Mental Health applications and services.

He is the CEO of RESQL Sp. z o.o., a company behind the RESQL innovative system for the prevention of peer bullying in schools.

He gained professional experience while working at the Educational Research Institute (IBE), where he was involved in the Education Enthusiasts project run by the Early Education Team. He also worked in the business sector, at Polish and international corporations, where he held managerial positions for eight years.

While at the Educational Research Institute (IBE), Krzysztof carried out multiple research projects, including: an update of the Lorem Ipsum app for conducting Early Education Skill Assessment (TUNSS), testing of the accuracy of the TUNSS test, individual ADHD assessment of children entering school level education (6 years of age), adaptation of the working memory (TPR) and socio-emotional development assessment for IBE’s Assessment Platform, and testing of the accuracy and reliability of the TUNSS and TPR assessments.
