Mateusz Paliga is a psychologist specializing in work and organizational psychology. He is and academic lecturer, trainer, and a specialist in the field of psychological diagnosis of organizational attitudes and behaviors, job performance, job satisfaction, and leadership. He works at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Institute of Psychology, University of Silesia in Katowice, and also lectures at SWPS University in Katowice.

In his work, he uses the evidence-based practice approach, combining his professional experience with scientific knowledge.
