Dr. Tomasz Antoszek is a lawyer, psychologist and mediator. He specializes in civil law, law of obligations, contract law, and intellectual property law. He is interested in the psychology of conflict and is an expert in alternative methods of conflict resolution, such as mediation, negotiations, and arbitration. He is also interested in business and work psychology.
He is on the official list of mediators providing services to the District Court in Poznań, Poland. Moreover, he co-owns Dom Mediacyjny, a mediation and arbitration law firm in Poznań. He offers business, civil, and intellectual property arbitration, and as a business coach, he runs conflict resolution workshops.
Dr. Antoszek is a recipient of several scholarships awrded by the Minister of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW).
He authored numerous articles and opening statements concerning aspects of civil law and alternative methods of conflict resolution.
He is a member of the Polish Arbitration Association, the Polish Arbitration Center (Poznań chapter), and the Polish Association of Psychology Students and Graduates (PSSiAP). He is also the President of the Institute for the Development of Law.
Dr. Antoszek initiated a community project #KochamSpory (I love disagreements), which promotes arbitration as a method of conflict resolution.
At SWPS University, he teaches classes in civil law, civil proceedings, arbitration, and negotiations.
