Magdalena Kaczmarek, Ph.D. holds a doctoral degree in psychology. She specializes in psychology of individual differences, psychological assessment, and psychometrics.

Dr. Kaczmarek contributed to numerous research and implementation projects by designing psychological tests and questionnaires, for example an MCVI questionnaire or a set of comprehensive cognitive assessment tests for children and youth (KAPP).

For the past several years, she has also been researching psychology of entrepreneurship. She published several articles on this topic.

Dr. Kaczmarek is an avid promoter of psychology and a co-founder of the HumanTech Center for Social and Technological Innovations.
