Radosław Kaczan, Ph.D., is a psychologist specializing in developmental psychology. He designs psychological tools for the assessment of skills as well as child and adolescent development. He also researches peer bullying in schools, and develops tools and programs for the prevention of this phenomenon. He is interested in promoting lifelong learning.
As a specialist in the standardization of learning outcomes and professional qualifications, he collaborates with the business sector, professional organizations, and higher education institutions.
Dr. Kaczan was a Principal Investigator in a research-implementation project “Monitoring of school environment and the prevention of risky behaviors, including peer bullying”.
At SWPS University he teaches classes in developmental psychology.
