Department of Computer Science

Faculty of Design in Warsaw

The Department was established in September 2019. We offer undergraduate programs of study in Computer Science (in English and Polish) and Psychology and Computer Science (in Polish).

Academic staff

The team of our lecturers includes computer scientists, mathematicians, and representatives of the fourth sector of the economy. They bring a breadth of experience in research and development. They also author academic handbooks and publish extensively in international academic journals. Their research interests include data analysis, machine learning, optimization, decision theory (theory of choice), simulation of social processes, cryptography, blockchain technology, image processing, the internet of things, industry 4.0, and natural language processing.

Study Programs

We offer the following study programs:

  • Computer Science (offered in English and Polish) – undergraduate program focused on practical skills, founded on mathematics geared towards computer science, which are indispensable for computer science professionals.
