Faculty of Design in Warsaw

We conduct research in the field of computer science and its applications. Members of our academic staff teach courses in computer science, psychology and the interplay between these two fields.

Our mission

We believe that technology has a real impact on the quality of life for individuals and society. In the era of dynamic development of artificial intelligence, digitalization of services, industry transformation, and new forms of communication, there is a need not only for qualified programmers but also for critically thinking specialists who can understand the social and ethical context of new technologies.

We want our graduates to become not only users, but above all, conscious creators of technology. Creators who understand the impact of their projects on others and combine science with practice to address the real challenges of the contemporary world. We see value in interdisciplinarity because it is conducive to building sustainable, inclusive, and useful solutions. We engage in research because we believe that the development of technology must go hand in hand with reflection on its consequences. We aim to integrate the academic community with the IT industry to support innovation, entrepreneurship, and responsible digital development.

Study Programs

We offer the following study programs:

  • Computer Science (offered in English and Polish) – undergraduate program focused on practical skills, founded on mathematics geared towards computer science, which are indispensable for computer science professionals.
