Władysław Czapliński is a professor of law affiliated with the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
He has served on numerous governmental and international advisory bodies, including the Legislative Council to the Prime Minister of Poland and the International Law Association.
He is the author of numerous publications on public international law.
