Register in application portal
To begin your university application, you do not need to wait for the results of your secondary school/high-school final exams or, if applicable to you, for the written confirmation of your diploma(s) by the Natoinal Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). You can get a head start on your university application process by entering your personal information and the program of your choice in our Application Portal, and complete the rest of the form once you have your final grades and diplomas and the written reply from NAWA (if applicable). Our easy, step-by-step, instructions will make applying to SWPS University a breeze.
- Select your study program – this seemingly easy decision is one of the crucial steps. While choosing your study program, you may want to review the admission requirements to see if there are any prerequisites, language proficiency requirements, or exams.
- Types of information that you will need to provide – while filling in the Application Form, you will need to provide your personal data, grades obtained on your final secondary school/high-school exam, or your university Grade Point Average (GPA), if you are applying to a graduate program.
- Scanned documents – once you have all the required documents, scan them to your computer. Ensure that the scans are of good quality, clear and legible, so that we can easily read the information, such as the name of an issuing institution or your grades. Upload the documents to the Application Form.
- Photo – this is an important item which, if forgotten, will delay your admission to the university. Ensure that your photo fulfils the official requirements described in detail in the Application Form.
- Application Fee – while filling in your application, you will need to pay, via PayU, an application fee of PLN 85.00 (PLN 150 for School of Form applications). This is a non-refundable fee (unless a study program is cancelled by the university).
