Scence develops products that improve hygiene and safety for people and animals. Our flagship product, Pawadin, is a veterinary-area disinfectant for clinics, shelters, grooming salons, boarding facilities and pet-owning households. During the Vet2Care acceleration, we developed Pawadin’s formulation. Laboratory testing under PN-EN 14349, 16437+A1 and 16438 confirmed bactericidal, fungicidal and yeasticidal activity under the tested conditions. Testing covered standard strains and animal-associated microorganisms, and broadened by B. bronchiseptica, S. equorum, S. pseudintermedius and M. canis. Pawadin is now being prepared for regulatory submission and market launch. Our model is based on repeat sales through professional distribution, retail and e-commerce. We plan to launch in Poland and scale to Czechia, Slovakia and Lithuania, so commercial growth expands access to hygiene designed for animal-care environments.
LIFE 3.0 is a Polish FemTech startup developing FemiCode, a tool for the early assessment of hormonal health. We build proprietary AI models in three areas: insulin resistance, ovulation disorders unrelated to PCOS, and diminished ovarian reserve and premature menopause. We combine data, current medical knowledge and clinical expertise to shorten the path to the right diagnosis, treatment and care. The solution is designed for women and partners, including clinics, medical practices and laboratories. Up to 80% of women experience hormonal disorders affecting health and fertility, with diagnosis taking four years on average. Insulin resistance affects 17–30% of women and ovulation disorders affect 15–20% of reproductive-age women. One in 25 women experiences premature menopause. Care is fragmented and access to specialists, especially endocrinologists, is limited. Symptoms are often dismissed or assessed in isolation, significantly delaying diagnosis, prevention, treatment and further care. FemiCode organises information about the cycle, symptoms, medical history and lifestyle. After completing a questionnaire, the user receives a personalised report highlighting areas worth exploring further, with information about recommended tests, specialists and next steps. It is for information only and does not constitute a diagnosis. FemiCode helps women understand their symptoms and prepare for consultations, while helping clinics, practices and laboratories identify patients' needs more accurately.

Demomed is a Polish company that manufactures medical simulation products — realistic drug replicas (ampoules, vials, IV fluids, blood-derived products) used to train medical students and paramedics in a safe, controlled environment. The team is built by practitioners with over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, including more than 12 years serving as special forces medics. Demomed already works with institutions such as the Medical University of Białystok, Jagiellonian University, and Gdańsk University of Technology, as well as industry partner Laerdal. Our flagship project, Demo Pharma Lab, is the first comprehensive package in Poland for practical clinical pharmacology training. It combines realistic simulation products with an interactive e-learning course that shows, through animation, how drugs actually work inside the body — helping reduce medication errors before students ever treat a real patient. The project is valued at PLN 196,324.28 and is 100% funded by European Union funds, with pilot implementations planned at two or more universities.
Aithentica – TherapySupport is a compliant patient data vault with an AI engine on top. It records and transcribes the session, drafts the clinical notes, builds a data-based conceptualisation and keeps the structure of therapy in view - so the therapist does therapy, not paperwork. Therapists lose 1-1.5 hours a day to documentation nobody pays for. We give that time back, and add something they never had: in supervision a therapist shows one carefully chosen session; with us they can look at every single one, in data. This is not a ChatGPT wrapper. Every session grows a clinically annotated dataset (ABC, cognitive distortions, CTS-R), designed under the supervision of a CBT supervisor and validated with the Institute of Psychology, Polish Academy of Sciences. Data is encrypted and processed in the EU. Traction: first payment in February 2026, today 40 paying customers in 5 countries, ~10k PLN MRR, 60% trial-to-paid, ~1% monthly churn. Market: 200,000+ therapists in the EU.
AIssistant is a technology startup creating practical AI solutions for complex and highly regulated processes. We have experience developing tools for education and professional courses, as well as for the legal, accounting and publishing sectors. Each project is created in cooperation with specialists from the relevant field and grounded in carefully selected, reliable domain knowledge. Building on this experience, we developed OdpadAI to address a challenge faced by more than 600,000 organizations in Poland that must record and report information about the waste they produce. This work is often time-consuming, fragmented and prone to errors. OdpadAI automates the flow of waste-related information, reduces repetitive manual work and shortens reporting time. Its AI Assistant, grounded in specialist environmental law and regulatory knowledge, helps users understand their obligations, work more efficiently and prepare accurate reports with greater confidence.

The solution uses artificial intelligence to create competency models and a wide range of tests, including career aptitude tests, job-related skills tests, and soft skills tests. Users receive a clear view of their strengths and possible development paths, while organizations get a tool to identify skills gaps, plan development activities, and match people with roles more effectively. The platform can be used by companies, schools, universities, and local governments. As part of the “Career Compass of Wałbrzych” project, Outcome Skills is developing a solution that supports students and graduates in career planning, makes contact with career advisors easier, and helps the city track the paths of young residents and respond better to the needs of the local labour market.
Hydropolis develops and delivers advanced vertical farming technology by designing, building, and operating profitable indoor farms. We combine proprietary hardware, software, and plant growth models developed through our in-house R&D to design, build, and operate next-generation vertical farms. By leveraging data analytics and precise environmental control, we optimize electricity consumption—the largest operating cost in vertical farming—making controlled-environment agriculture more economically viable. Our next milestone is the development of a non-invasive plant quality assessment system that monitors crop health in real time and automatically optimizes growing conditions. While initially designed for vertical farms, this technology has the potential to transform greenhouses and other controlled-environment agriculture systems. We are building an intelligent technology platform that combines artificial intelligence, data, and agronomy to make food production more efficient, predictable, and sustainable.
