Privately rented accommodation

You may also find numerous rental websites on the Internet and make all the rental arrangements on your own. In this case, we recommend that you use the services of an estate agent, who will make all the arrangements for you, for a fee. The advantage of working with an agent is that you put less time and effort into finding the right place. The agent will also ensure that your tenancy agreement is written properly and does not contain any loopholes.
Rented accommodation is usually a more expensive option than staying in a dormitory. The monthly cost of a rental:
- in Warsaw ranges from PLN 2,500 to 5,000/per month (approx. EUR 530 – 1,060/per month) for a bedsit/studio flat/apartment,
- in Wrocław ranges from PLN 2,200 to 4,300/per month (approx. EUR 470 – 910/per month) for a bedsit/studio flat/apartment,
