Philip Leach

 

Profile

 

Philip Leach is Professor of Human Rights Law at Middlesex University in London.
Until March 2022, he served as Director of the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC), focusing on human rights cases concerning Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia.
He is the author of Taking a Case to the European Court of Human Rights and co-author of Parliaments and the European Court of Human Rights.
He currently leads the Turkey Human Rights Litigation Support Project and serves as Vice-Chair of the European Implementation Network.
