Paweł Wiliński

 

Profile

 

Paweł Wiliński is a professor of law, Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and a judge of the Supreme Court of Poland.
He has served as an ad hoc judge at the European Court of Human Rights and is the author and editor of nearly two hundred academic publications on criminal procedure, international criminal law, constitutional law, and the organisation of justice.
